Training Payments by Installments

1. When we receive your booking, a trainer will arrange to interview you. If you are offered a place and are self-funded, you then have 7 days to pay the agreed fee to secure your place.

2. Were applicable, applicants wishing to use the Part Time Fee Grant to cover some of the cost of the full Certificate must pay for Module 1 themselves, with the Fee Grant applied to subsequent Modules.

3. Our cancellation policy –
a. If you withdraw from the course, refunds are given as follows, depending on how much notice you give us:
i. You receive a Full Refund of fees paid for future modules minus £50 administration fee if you give us more than 8 weeks’ notice before the module start date
ii. You receive 50% Refund of fees paid for the next module and a full refund of fees paid for any subsequent modules of the next module fee if when you give us 8 – 4 weeks’ notice before a module start date
iii. No refund of fees paid for the next module, but full refund of fees already paid for any subsequent modules with when you give us less than 4 weeks’ notice before the next module’s start date

b. If you have paid for multiple modules, any deductions made will only apply to the next module. Subsequent modules after the next one will be refunded in full.

c. Training is provisional on minimum numbers attending and we reserve the right to cancel if these numbers are not reached and will refund your full fee.

4. If you fail a module and have already paid for future modules, we will refund the full payment made for future models.

5. This online training session will use www.zoom.us, reliable and good quality free software, for holding online meetings. You will be able to see and interact with fellow participants throughout the sessions and split off into breakout rooms for skills practice and small group discussions. Please ensure that you have adequate broadband connection as Rowan Consultancy cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for any difficulties with internet connection. You will also need a webcam and microphone so that the trainer can see and hear you. It is the applicant’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any special requirements so that we can try to accommodate them.
